Our products are made out of 100% soy wax. Both our 8 oz and 16 oz candles now come with a natural wooden wick. All candles are hand-poured and made with love.

- Soy Wax is derived from natural vegetables while Paraffin wax, used in most candles, is a refined gasoline by product

-Soy Wax actually takes a longer time to burn. Which means our candles will last longer than your typical candle.

-Soy Wax is 100% biodegradable

-Soy Wax releases less soot and toxins into the air.

Ideally, use about one 8 oz candle for every 10 sq ft of space. Depending on the space size you may need multiple 8 oz candles to fill the room.

The average burn time is 40-45 hrs for 8oz candles and 80-90 hrs for 16oz candles. However, you should not burn your candles for longer than 4 hours at a time.

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders of $60 or more within Canada and $100 or more within the US. 

Upon receiving your order, your candle will be made within 24-48 hours. It will be processed and shipping within 3-5 business days. Once your order is placed you will receive order confirmation & once it is shipped you will receive a tracking number.

Yes, you can return your candle within 7 days of receiving your item if it is unopened and unused. Please email us at customerservice@lovenlightcandle.com with your return request and we will follow up with you. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you have received a candle that was damaged in transit, we will be happy to provide a replacement. Please email us at customerservice@lovenlightcandle.com
